Portland Foodie Tour


Happy Saturday friends! I hope you all had a great week! Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to explore Portland, Maine. This was my first time traveling to Portland, and I loved it!! Portland was a very charming, quintessential New England city by the water. When it comes to restaurants in Portland, there are so many good options. It is definitely a foodie city! If you are a foodie like myself, then add Portland to your travel list!





Statler Chicken- citrus marinated chicken breast, truffle fingerling potato, asparagus, caper honey pistou


Mousse- chocolate coating, peanut butter mousse, chocolate cake, Oreo crumble, peanut butter cream





Lobster Roll Flight- Three mini rolls served side by side and sauces to your request. I ordered lime Mayo, jalapeño Mayo and lobster ghee

Left: Sally’s Avocado Toast- whole wheat toast loaded with avocado: One sided served with arugula, a sunny side up egg and everything bagel aioli. The other with sliced tomato, cotija cheese, chimichurri and pickled onions. Served with fresh fruit salad.

Right: Huevos Rancheros- A bed of home fries, layered with crispy corn flats, black beans, fire roasted poblano corn, smashed avocado, sunny side up egg, cotija cheese, pico de Gallo, pickled onions and chimichurri





Lobster Roll- Served Warm with Butter


Baked Halibut- Ritz Cracker, Bone Marrow Au Jus

Right: Day Boat Scallops with Sweet Potatoes, Bacon and a Butternut Squash Purée
