Ingredients
1 container arugula and spinach
1 small container burrata
2 peaches, sliced
3 pieces prosciutto, torn into pieces and fryed
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Directions
Place arugula and spinach mixture in a salad bowl. Take sliced peaches and place them in a circular motion on top of greens. Take burrata out of container and lightly pat it dry. Try not to break burrata when patting it dry. Put burrata in the middle of the salad. Crumble up prosciutto and sprinkle all around salad. Lastly, drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over salad. Serve and enjoy!
