Hello friends and happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is doing well. I have a new summer drink that I will be featuring on my blog this week. If you are a lemon lover like me, you will especially enjoy this drink 😉 I came up with a refreshing Limoncello Spritz! A great way to cool off during those hot summer days. As I was making this drink, I couldn’t help but think of the time my husband and I were in Capri, Italy. We were there four years ago on our honeymoon as well as other parts of Italy and Greece too. I fell in love with Capri and the lemons of course! I purchased a few bottles of the limoncello from Capri and used it to make my limoncello Spritz. I pretended I was in Capri while enjoying the Limoncello Spritz I made. If you make this delicious drink, close your eyes as you sip the Limoncello Spritz and transport yourself to Capri. Cheers!

Limoncello Spritz

Serves: 1

Ingredients

2 ounces limoncello

3 ounces prosecco ( your favorite one)

1 can of plain seltzer/club soda

1/2 cup ice

Directions

Add ice to your favorite cocktail glass. Add limoncello, prosecco and seltzer/club soda last. Stir ingredients well and serve immediately. Enjoy!
