Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is doing well and excited for another fall inspired recipe! This week I decided to switch things up a bit and create a fall dessert. I made Apple Pie Egg Rolls dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce. These egg rolls tasted amazing! If you are an apple pie lover you will definitely want to make these. I have a spooktacular Halloween treat that I have been working on, so stayed tuned for that very soon!!

Apple Pie Egg Rolls
Serves: 15
Ingredients
4 cups apples, peeled and diced (approximately 4 apples)
4 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
15 egg roll wrappers
Oil
Directions
In a large bowl combine diced apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir all the filling ingredients until well combined. Place about a tablespoon of the filling in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a little bit of water on your finger to secure the tip of the wrapper. I baked my apple pie egg rolls in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until egg rolls turn golden. If you wan to fry egg rolls, cook them for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Once egg rolls are done cooking place on a plate and dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with caramel sauce. Add any other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
