Food Tour on Anthem of the Seas

Hello friends and happy Tuesday! Today’s blog post is a fun and different one. I recently cruised on Anthem of the Seas. I went to St. Maarten, Antigua, St. Lucia and St. Kitts and Nevis. They were some of the most beautiful islands I’ve ever been to. It was an amazing trip!! I wanted to share my dining experience and all the specialty restaurants I tried on the ship. I’ll be sharing some food I tried in Antigua and St. Lucia too. Have a great week 🙂

Jamie’s Italian is one of the four specialty restaurants on Anthem of the Seas.

Meat plank- prosciutto, salami, coppa piccante & pistachio mortadella with tomato crostini, bocconcini mozzarella, pecorino Sardo & chili jam, focaccia, olives & pickles
Creamy Burrata with slow-roasted tomatoes, carta di musica (thin crispy crackers), & arugula

Key Lime Meringue Pie



Creole food in St. Lucia- Mahi-mahi (Dorado), hot salad, plantains, rice and beans, potatoes and pasta

Antigua- Conch Fritters served with a jelly sauce
